A Pom Jazz class at Rising Stars will focus on jazz technique (flexibility, isolations, jumps, leaps, turns). They will be wearing jazz shoes to allow them to leap and turn safely, and will also incorporate some basic acrobatic skills like cartwheels, round-offs, and backbends. Choreography will be taught with Pom Poms, including drills for arm positions.

One routine will be taught per year, per class. The dance year culminates with a memorable recital routine at the beautiful State Theatre in New Brunswick, NJ!
