Special STARS - Special Needs Students

Fundamentals of Dance
Rising Stars is proud to offer their one-of-a-kind, Special Stars Program, since 2001.  We have carefully prepared a unique dance-based curriculum for all children and young adults with developmental disabilities-both physical and cognitive. Our program incorporates various special tools and props, including scarves, stretches, and rhythm sticks, along with individualized movement and dance instruction, fully customized to meet the needs of your child.

This program is enthusiastically executed with love and care by our own Amanda Manfredi, who is a Graduate of Montclair State University where she majored in Dance education.  At Rising Stars, our mission is to provide each child with special needs the opportunity to be the best person he or she can be and to help the child function more independently.
